【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesamethodforthequantitativedeterminationofthecontentofokadaicacidinmusselsandmusselproducts.Thecontentofokadaicacidisdeterminedasfreeextractableacidofmusselhepatopancreas.Okadaicacid,afat-solubletoxinfromdinophysisalgae,isamaincomponentofdinophysistoxins.ThemethodhasbeenvalidatedinaninterlaboratorystudyaccordingtoISOgeneralprinciplesonassessingaccuracyofmeasurementmethodsandresults.Thelimitofdeterminationofthismethod(signal/noise=10)is100μg/kgforokadaicacidinmusselhepatopancreas.Themethodhasbeenvalidatedforokadaicacidincookedmusselsatlevelsof441μg/kgto1467μg/kg.Laboratoryexperienceshaveshownthatthismethodcanalsobeusedtodetermineotherdinophysistoxins,e.g.dinophysistoxins1,2and3(DTX-1,DTX-2andDTX-3),see[1],[2],[3],[4],[5]and[6]
