【摘要】:Thistestmethodisusedtodeterminetheextentofcoverageofthegranularsurfacingovertheasphalticcoatinginasampleofmineralsurfacedroofing.Theresultsdeterminecompliancewiththeapplicablespecificationrequirementsormaybeusedforcomparativeanalysis.Thistestmethodappliestobothx201C;asmanufacturedx201D;materialandmaterialthathasweatheredorundergoneothertypesofexposure.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthehidingpowerofgranulesonamineralsurfacedroofingsheet.Thetestisusedprimarilyafteranabrasiontesthasbeenconducted,todeterminetheportionofasphalticcompoundthathasbeenexposedasaresultoftheabrasiontest.1.2thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsareregardedasthestandard.TheSIunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
